- Preparation of a comprehensive Search Strategy with clearly defined milestones and timelines
- Comprehensive mapping exercise based on role/client parameters
- First level screening and filtering of prospective candidates
- Organising Face to Face meetings between shortlisted prospects and the client
- Reference checks and Detailed Performance checks from a 360 degree perspective for prospects shortlisted by client after face to face interactions
- Package negotiation keeping sectoral benchmarks and current trends
- Regular liaisoning with client and candidate to ensure smooth entry for selected candidate
- Post hiring solutions including backup repository
